Michael G. Lyttle, President
Mr. Lyttle brings an outstanding combination of technical marketing and general management expertise in the healthcare industry to GDM. He has more than 25 years experience in the medical device and healthcare industries, with general management and start-up experience in both the US and Great Britain. As Managing Director of ALM Hospital Equipment, Ltd, and President of ALM Surgical Equipment, Inc. in the US (Getinge/Castle), Mr. Lyttle consistently achieved double-digit annual increases in revenue, operating income, and shareholder equity. Mr. Lyttle has extensive experience with strategic marketing, new product introductions, and internal cost savings strategies. He has managed multi-million dollar research and development projects related to general operating room equipment and surgical video. Mr. Lyttle has additional knowledge of surgical robotics, endoscopy, and voice-activated control device systems through his experience at Computer Motion, Inc.
David P. Harris, Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Harris brings proven experience developing customer-driven products while reducing development costs and time-to-market to GDM. Mr. Harris is the primary developer of GDM’s GlobalControl™ technology. He has more than 25 years experience in the design and development of healthcare products for industry leaders such as Midmark, Hill-Rom, Herman Miller, and ALM Surgical Equipment, Inc. Mr. Harris headed development for a number of seminal healthcare technology projects, including the Midmark Pediatric Crib, 405 Patient Transport System, medLYNK™ computerized pharmaceutical mobile cart, and state-of-the-art operating room tables. He is also the creator of Megateam® fast track, market-driven product development methodology.
Jim Hince, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Hince brings a high level of technical, sales and management expertise to GDM. He has more than 20 years experience in the medical device, systems application, room design, and capital sales arenas. Prior to joining GDM, Mr. Hince held leadership positions in national sales and corporate account management for leading organizations in the U.S. and Canada, including Hill-Rom, OmniCell Technologies, SpaceLabs Medical, ALM, and Xomed. Many of his accounts exceeded $15 million dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Hince has also been involved in new product design and development in the surgical light, surgical table, and ceiling service unit (boom) markets. His communication and data management expertise were rounded out by additional sales experience for patient vital signs monitoring in both OR and ICU environments.
Steve Gulick, Director of Sales
Steve Gulick has over 17 years of Capital Equipment and Medical Device Sales Management experience with industry leaders, Hill-Rom and most recently, Intuitive Surgical. Throughout his career in healthcare, Mr. Gulick has consistently lead sales and clinical development teams implement successful, multi-million dollar medical and surgical initiatives at some of the most prestigious teaching institutions in the country. His clinical sales and robotic training experience within the OR, along with his years of complex, hospital wide (ICU, CCU, ED, Med Surg, and Out Patient) sales and project planning responsibilities has lead to significant revenue growth within his respective organizations. Mr. Gulick’s field management experience at GDM has helped direct their rapid growth in the area of sales, product, and strategic market development.
Jonathan (JD) Dreyer, Director of Technical Operations
Jonathan Dreyer brings over 29 years of experience in Technical Support and Services to the GDM organization. Mr. Dreyer’s areas of expertise are creating technical processes, documents, formulating escalation paths, and managing service related processes. Through his professional experiences with companies such as, FujiFilm and Agfa, Mr. Dreyer provides a high level of knowledge in technical support management and critical issue problem solving.
